Bri's 50th day of school

Today is Bri's 50th day of school. All of the kindergarten classes are having 50's parties. This is Bri and Brady. Brady lives around the corner and is a good friend from our ward.

Bri looked so cute as she got on the bus in her poodle skirt.

Xani's birthday!!

Eight fingers up, eight candles... I guess it's official. She's turning eight!!

She was so excited!! As she put it, "I've been waiting 9 months for this day!"

It's official!! As she blows out the last candle, she's 8 years old! Notice the phone on the table. Jessica, Luke and Elle called just as we started to light the candles. They joined us from Nova Scotia and we all sang "Happy Birthday" - the Kimball way!

This poor kid on the left. CR ended up just squeeking in ahead of him. At the beginning of the last stretch CR was behind him! It was an awesome race.

CR has a new PR for the 5K. He finished this week in 19:45!!!! Way to go CR. We are very proud of you.

I get to go to Bri's class to help. The kids are so cute. She really likes school and is progressing with her numbers, letters and letter sounds. She even reads words from a "word family", ie. hog, log, dog... It's great to see the light go on!!

Tasia - hurkey jump!!

A hurkey is Tasia's favorite jump! She gets so dang high. I haven't really done her jump justice with my weak photography skills.
